Handmade bias tape is so much better than most pre-made tapes (except for our imported Liberty Bias Binding, or our European 100% cotton binding). For is this small, simple tool is really indispensible. It makes making bias binding so much less of a chore (and reduces burnt fingers too!).Just slip the cut bias strip in one end of the tool, and pull it along as you press the folds in place.

12 mm makes 1/2″ single fold or 1/4″ double fold bias tape.

18 mm makes 3/4″ single fold or 3/8″ double fold bias tape

25 mm makes 1″ single fold or 1/2″ double fold bias tape
