Marettimo is a relaxed lightweight summer sweater, knitin the round from the bottom up and featuring a simplefeather and fan lace detail at the hem and sleeves. Thefront and back are separated at the armholes andworked flat with short row shaping at the shoulders.Named for a small island off the coast of Sicily, thissweater is the second in my series of designs (Tegna isthe first) named for Italian towns where I dream ofwearing them someday.

Gauge:22 sts and 28 rows/rounds over 4″ [10 cm] afterblocking with larger needles in stockinette
